Nakasa ships to all major cities and pin codes across India. We currently offer domestic shipping only.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS and/or WhatsApp with your tracking details.
1.3 Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary based on your location:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

2. Exchange Policy
At Nakasa, we take great pride in the quality of every product we ship. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we are committed to making it right.
2.1 Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only — no returns or refunds. An exchange request will be accepted strictly under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Item: The product received is physically damaged or broken due to manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Item Received: You received a product that is different from what you ordered (incorrect model, finish, or variant).
- Missing Parts: The product received has missing components that were supposed to be included.
Exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Items that have been installed, used, or altered
- Minor cosmetic variations due to handcrafted or artisanal nature of the product
- Colour or finish variations due to differences in screen display
2.2 Exchange Request Timeline
All exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of receiving the item. Requests raised after 10 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
2.3 How to Raise an Exchange Request
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us within 10 days of receiving your order via:
- Provide the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue (damaged / wrong item / missing parts)
- Photographs or a short video clearly showing the issue
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and revert with next steps.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the item.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
2.4 Condition of Items for Exchange
Items submitted for exchange must be:
- In their original, unused condition
- In the original packaging (wherever possible)
- Accompanied by all original accessories, components, and documentation
2.5 Exchange Approval
All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by our team. Nakasa reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
