Refund Policy

At NAKASA, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

– You can return an item within 10 days of receiving it.

– The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and original box/packaging.

– You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

– The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Eligible Returns

– Items with missing parts or accessories

– Items different from what was ordered

– Items different from their product description

Ineligible Returns

– Products marked as “non-returnable”

– Clearance items

– Items returned without original packaging or accessories

– Items showing signs of use

– Items received as per order but physically damaged. These items are only eligible for exchange.

Refund Process

– We’ll refund the full cost of the item, minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

– Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

– We offer a “replacement” for damaged items if requested within 10 days of delivery.

– Items delivered as per order, but damaged are only eligible for exchange. No return will be made for such items.

– Please submit supporting images and videos as requested.

Please note that we don’t refund shipping or freight charges on returns. Additionally, refused deliveries or undeliverable addresses may incur extra charges.

Shipping Information

We normally dispatch your orders within 24 hours using premium carriers.
